This page explains the general shipping and returns framework for Liquid Runways orders. Product listings, checkout, and your order confirmation may contain additional item-specific information.

Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment authorization and order confirmation. Any processing estimate shown on the product page, at checkout, or in the order confirmation applies to that order. We may contact you if an item is delayed, unavailable, or requires address clarification.

Shipping charges and delivery

Available shipping methods, charges, taxes, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when an address is provided. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, address issues, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment, and additional carrier charges may apply where permitted.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, is missing, or contains an incorrect item, contact us through the Contact page promptly with the order number and clear photographs or relevant details. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution.

Returns and exchanges

Before sending an item back, contact us for return instructions. Items must be returned in the condition required for the applicable return, exchange, or refund review, subject to product-specific exclusions and mandatory consumer rights. Do not send merchandise to an address obtained from an old order or an unapproved source.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Shipping charges may be treated differently where permitted by law and depending on the reason for the return.
